Returns

All returns must be made within (30) days of the date purchased.

The original invoice must accompany all returns.

Parts must be returned in the same condition, complete, and undamaged.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds on cuts and other non standard or custom prepped parts are subject to a $150.00 labor charge.

All cores must be drained of fluids and be complete-as-sold in order to obtain credit. $100.00 fee, for non-drained cores.
-
Deposit or pre-paid special order parts are non-refundable.

All returns are for in-store credit.
-
Credit memos expire one year from the date of return.

A fixed lab or rate of $75 per hour is on the following items:

*Transfer cases - up to $200 *Rear Axles - up to $200 *Transmissions - up to $400 *Engines - up to $750​

The original invoice must accompany any claim for warranty .

Regarding engines, accessories such as alternator, starter, water pump, intake and exhaust manifold, fuel injector, turbo, carburetor, fly wheel, bracket, oil pressure switch, thermostat, smog emission device, and timing belts are complimentary and do not necessarily come with the engine. Head gaskets are not covered under warranty.

All engines are warranted against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad cam or crankshaft, excessive smoking, and to be in good running order unless otherwise stated.

Transmissions are warranted to be in good working order against slippage and shifting failures.

Premier Auto Rebuilders & Truck Salvage, at it's option, may replace the parts, repair the parts, or refund the original purchase price.

Brokered or ordered-in parts, i.e., any parts supplied by vendors other than Premier Auto Rebuilders & Truck Salvage: Example: used, remanufactured, OEM, new take-off, etc. are exempt from all Premier Auto warranties. Such parts will only carry the supplying Vendor's warranties

All computers and electronic controllers, including CBX's ECM's, EBX's power control modules, etc., are sold as is and are non-returnable and non-refundable. These parts carry no warranty.

These parts are also not covered under the Premier Auto Rebuilders & Truck Salvage Warranty limited Warranty, and we do not guarantee interchangeability of these items. At the time of installation and in order to maintain coverage under the warranty, it is required that the installer will do the following:

Engines​

Install a new thermostat
-
Change oil and filter prior to starting
-
Replace timing belt
-
Flush and check radiator flow
-
Install new gaskets where necessary (oil leaks are not covered under warranty)

Keep invoices for the parts purchased
-
Retain all service and maintenance records
-
Change Oil Cooler
-
Change Turbo's as need, Turbo's are not covered under warranty.

Change and/or flush fuel system when fuel system has been contaminated as in but no limited to, fuel tank, fuel lines, and fuel cooler.

Transmissions​
-
Replace all external seals​
-
Replace filter and fluid
-
Flush transmission cooling system including the lines and cooler

Properly seat torque converter on an automatic transmission
-
All transmissions must be flashed by the dealer and a receipt must be provided or warranty is void.

Sheet Metal/Body Parts/Cuts​

ALL SHEET METAL CUTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $150 LABOR CHARGE​

The original invoice must accompany any claim for warranty

The defective part must be returned to Premier Auto Rebuilders & Truck Salvage.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover​
-
The purchaser's loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars, or other consequential damages.​

Driveline components such as fluids, gaskets, seals, filters intake/exhaust manifolds, clutches, water pumps, wiring, thermostat, sensors, hoses, belts, frost plugs, spark plugs, and injectors are not guaranteed,
-
Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, or improper installation.

Claims that result from the failure of other existing components.
-
Claims that result from overheating due to cooling system failure.
-
Parts installed in vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes, or parts used for any purpose other than the original application.

All warranties are for the original purchase only and are not transferable.
